Onward Search is a premier talent agency that is working with our clientele to provide the leading internet marketing and interactive design candidates. Our consultants have created online marketing campaigns for advertising agencies, search marketing optimization for well known retail firms, and user interface designs fortune 100 financial organizations.

Our clients are innundating us with fantastic contract and contract-to-hire opportunities and we need to continually build our bench of talented Information Architects. 

We have two clients hiring IA's right now and both are Boston-based advertising agencies searching for a talent that can push the limitations of design to create strong applications that support business initiatives solving complex interaction challenges. 

Perform daily duties of:

• Usability testing
• Content testing
• Wireframing
• Human Computer Interaction research

Qualified candidates will have the following experience:

• 2 to 4 years experience of demonstrated proficiency in the user experience practice creating wireframes, site maps, user interaction case studies, and visual interface designs.
• Ability for developing solutions through research, prototyping, and testing theories.
• Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Omnigraffle, or other wireframe creation tools with an online portfolio or samples that can speak to past experiences.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual skills.

 We pay referral fees of $500.00.
