Onward Search is looking for talented Interactive Designers with front end development skills for our clients to assist in the creation and delivery of online products with a business to business reach, supporting internal design teams that are completely redesigning their web presence, and creating online advertisements including microsites, banners, and rich media applications. Here is the chance for a talented online designer to create something from scratch and put their fingerprint in organizations' online presence.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• 2 to 4 years of Interactive Design experience with a portfolio showcasing your skills in web design, microsite creation, Flash banners, email designs and/or rich media projects.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, xHTML, Flash, JavaScript, and Actionscript 3 with PHP and AJAX experience as a plus.
• Ability to speak to the design process and work off of previously created wireframes and site maps.
• Excellent design skills with a balance of clean, concise creative with personal style - what separates you from the crowd?
• Ability to multitask and have excellent communication skills. You feel comfortable pitching your work to upper management and making business requirement suggestions.
