Onward Search is the leading the way when it comes to supplying our clients with the best talent in the online marketing industry with a focus on SEO, PPC, and Web Analytics.  With clients in Boston, New York, and Chicago, and Dallas, we service leading Interactive creative agencies, Fortune 100 financial services firms, and business consulting organizations.  Currently, Onward is looking to fill a role as a Senior level Web Analytics Manager.

Within these teams, distribute research and opinions that move the global financial and retail markets.  Collaborate with the IT and Design departments to develop strategies to engage the proper community and to fundamentally transform their ability to understand and act on real time development in the financial market.  This group of professional talent is helping re-define the vision of how they interact with the market. 

• Create reports, anlaysis and actionable trend information to help drive traffic to the website and understand the customer experience.
• Develop the information and analysis to help the company make informed, data driven Web development and marketing decisions.
• Day to day management of the Unica and WebTrends analytics system to ensure tracking, reporting, and analytics are functioning optimally.

Qualified candidates with the following, please apply!

• 3-5 years of experience working with standard Web analytics systems and tools such as Omniture, Unica, Tableau - data visualization, WebTrends, and/or ClickTracks.
• Experience performing Search Engine Optimization and advising on search and display ads working closely with all departments from Marketing to Design and senior level executives. 
• Must have a thorough understanding and experience with Web Analytics, Web metrics, data tagging, site management tools and running reports using SQL.
• MBA from top Marketing school preferred.
