Job Description
Onward Search has an Interactive client that has a need for a Digital Associate Account Director in Atlanta, GA. Our client is in the next generation digital agency and is looking for a hands on leader who can be responsible for partnering with senior level clients in developing digital marketing strategies for high-profile companies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of online marketing experience preferably in Search
- Experience working at a media or entertainment company
- Search engine marketing knowledge a huge plus
- Track record of client relationship building and service
- Proven experience managing teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presenting skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Requirements
- Lead senior level relationships and manages the overall relationship building process.
- Work with clients to uncover business needs, identify areas of opportunities to increase account growth and drives revenue.
- Provide marketing leadership in crafting appropriate strategies, develop presentations, POVs and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership and drive innovation.
- Manage cross functional team members; effectively foster teamwork and drives motivation.
- Participate in the hiring, training, development, mentoring and retention of staff members in the department.
