Client Services Manager / Interactive Project Manager - Boston, Massachusetts

Onward Search's client is an online branding and identity agency that has recently won new business form an online retail organization.  They are looking to OS for assistance in creating a team of creative talent, project managers, and client facing representatives.  The main component of this team will be the Client Services Manager with experience in Interactive Project Management. 

• Be the leader and glue to keep the creative and development teams together by delegating and motivating each individual talent.
• Manage the creative process from project scope details, collaborating with the Creative Director, to timely delivery of creative assets.
• Interact with client Marketing team and executives to properly set expections around project limitations and delivery.
• Manage the budget estimations and forecast of spending throughout the project.
• Conduct and coordinate meetings to update staff on project timelines.

As a qualified candidate, the following apply:

• At least 4-6 years of Interactive Project Management skills in an agency environment or in house creative department.
• Excellent client facing skills with the ability to drive a creative conversation and processes.
• Knowledge of the creative design process including skills in Information Architecture and technology such as HTML, CSS, and Flash.
• A PMP certification is a huge plus.
