Content Analyst - Dallas, Texas

Job Description

One of theUnited States largest Hotel operators is looking to add a Content Analyst to their Interactive team.

Candidates with experience in analyzing, writing and managing product content for websites will be considered for this team. The product content team plays a key role in helping customers make effective purchasing decisions. This role will require a professional who is ready to prioritize work activities, measure impact against metrics and manage resource performance.

Daily Responsibilities: 

•  Ensures alignment of content priorities to strategic objectives (understands and supports merchant strategy to support content efforts)
• Provide guidance and assistance during new product/website design and development efforts to ensure that the content needs of the business are integrated into the design
•  Identify competitive trends and provide recommendations related to product content and images as applies to local markets.
• Prioritize content enrichment and necessary changes (consistent process across formats, remove barriers to getting content online efficiently)
• Engages and drives content optimization based on content analytics, reports and findings. (CSAT, Customer Feedback)
• Produce and maintain image and copy guidelines, repetitious changes and communication efforts to ensure quality content.
•  Team with various departments to ensure up to date optimization.
