Long-term, regular, full-time hours on site at client location (M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM)
In this role, you will be on a contract assignment through Onward Search, working with an award-winning user experience design team that is responsible for designing websites, mobile applications and internal applications.
Onward Search is seeking 2 Content Entry Specialists to join our client's fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities:
Enter, edit, and publish content of various media using a content management system (CMS) AND...
- Work with a cross-functional team to address any legal and compliance steps within the content publishing process
- Support the quality assurance process, helping to identify and fix content publishing issues
- Work closely with a team of other content strategists, information architects, designers, researchers, usability specialists, and creative directors
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn technical skills quickly
- An ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, both written and verbally
- Confidence to seek answers within teams, business units, and large organizations
- Detail oriented and highly developed organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks under multiple deadlines
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience working in a large corporation or in a fast-paced publishing environment would be helpful
- Experience with data entry or working with a content management system a plus
