This isn't a job to you, it's a career. You have the creative supervision - that will internally and externalyl; mentor and lead art direction and creative concept for designers, artists and writers.
Have you set the stylistic and artistic direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns in print, TV, or on the Internet. Overseen the work of designers, illustrators, photographers, and others; then our client wants you on their team.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on design of conceptual pitch materials, demos and marketing materials.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how marketing, public relations and internal communications work together in support of a brand and corporate reputation.
- Stay current with design/interactive/marketing trends and find innovative ways to share them throughout the organization.
- Helps maintain active list of creative contractor resources, i.e.: art directors, copywriters, visual designers, photographers, Flash designers/developers, 3D artists, musicians, etc.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills in both the managerial and creative arenas.
- Solid understanding of content packaging, graphic design, layout, user interface, and basic design theories are essential.
- Experience in both agency and corporate settings
- Ability to allocate resources across multiple projects and oversee work-in-progress to meet business objectives.
- Strong understanding of user-interface and user experience for online and mobile products.
- Significant interactive brand-building experience including: concept development, website design, identity design, and online marketing campaign development.
