Job Description
Our client is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for a 12 month contract. The Customer Relationship Manager will:
- Create and implement consumer loyalty rewards programs.
- Develop and execute online acquisition generation marketing activities (such as email programs) to acquire interested consumers.
- Monitor database marketing campaigns and ensure appropriate database marketing processes (such as opt-out compliance).
- Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for integration of marketing efforts and processes to improve the customer experience and cross-sell results.
Requirements
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing, brand, and/or CRM experience
- Creating and implementing consumer loyalty rewards programs. Also must have experience in consumer database management
- Branded Environments and Sponsorships
- Interactive Marketing
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Marketing Research & Insights
- Project management skills, must be able to manage multiple programs at one time.
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Process development skills, ability to keep work flowing, minimizing problems or delays
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Work within deadlines and set budgets.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment, as well as be a self-starter
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience.
