What will you be doing?
You will be working directly with one of the brightest Analytic Teams in the country, interacting with both clients and the sales team on a daily basis in several cities including New York and Boston.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client’s business goals and challenges
- Consistently keep Sales and internal teams informed of relevant account happenings and client conversations verbally and/or in writing
- Act as primary client contact to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Work closely with Sales team to expand client’s business by identifying opportunities and renewals
- Own and organize internal teams to deliver complex campaign engagements, including project managing and communicating updates internally and externally
Requirements
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills to understand business information used by clients in their day-to-day activities
- Communicate all client feedback internally to align customer business priorities and improve our overall offering
- Highly responsive and detailed with all communications, escalating appropriately
- Strong understanding of all campaign management aspects and technologies, including ad serving, creative types & pixels
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ambitious self-starter, who leads by example
