Job Description
Onward Search is looking for a digital asset and/or web content administrator to join the ranks of one of the fastest growing entertainment entities around!
Our client, a giant in the entertainment technology industry, is rapidly expanding in the U.S. and other international markets. If you have previous home entertainment or studio content management experience and are bilingual Spanish or Portuguese, we would love to speak with you!
This role will support a wide array of administrative related tasks and studio artwork approvals under the supervision of the Content Marketing Manager specifically servicing the Latin American market.
Responsibilities include:
- Assuring the quality of all image assets.
- Project status reporting, ad hoc online research, preparation of PowerPoint slides for high-level presentations, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet evolving priorities.
- Ability to multi-task under competing deadlines while attending to and focusing on a high volume of data and digital assets.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a marketing support role in a home entertainment or studio environment required
- Experience with digital asset management and marketing approvals
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a must.
- Advanced Photoshop image editing and superior Excel spread sheet skills are key
- Sharp editorial eye for content promotional assets such as photography and clips
- Superior project management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently, shift priorities as required to meet expectations, as well as work with a sense of urgency to provide results
