Job Description
Here's a great opportunity to work for a very well-known company in the Peninsula. Our client is seeking an Digital Asset Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing thousands of digital assets within their database.

Responsibilities:
- Working on Digital Asset Management Platforms and operational work-flows that require managing tracking documentation.
- Handle the daily processing and trafficking of image assets for the web and devices
- Quality Assurance and reporting of the image assets.
- Preparation for advanced PowerPoint presentations.
- Interfacing with cross functional teams to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Online research as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Marketing support role.
- Superior proficiency in Windows based applications, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Studio B2B and Adobe Bridge would be preferred but not required.
- Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to foster relationships with both internal and external teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
