Job Description

"Air Traffic Controller" (aka, Digital Marketing Director) needed for influential Financial Advisory client in Princeton, NJ. You will work very closely with the  marketing team with a particular emphasis on managing and prioritizing the project queue and other digital assets.

As an experienced Digital Marketing Director, you will be looking for a varied and challenging role that requires strategic thinking as well as hands on execution. You will be comfortable in running online campaigns as well as managing stakeholder and agency relationships. The individual should be a self-motivator, well organized and possess a positive attitude and have a knowlwedge in the following areas:

Local Digital Advertising

• Develop and execute a pilot program to test their ability to deploy a scalable, reasonably priced, compliance-approved process allowing Advisors to create and place local digital ads

 
Advisor Web Pages

• Partner with Digital Marketing and Strategy teams to understand what Advisors want from their web pages and then execute projects to enhance accordingly

 
Social Networking Programs

• Develop training materials to provide advisors with best practices on use of social media platforms to promote their personal brand, connect with clients and generate prospects
• Leverage social media to develop an automated, scaled program to provide Advisors with qualified referral opportunities
