Job Description
DIGITAL PRODUCER
One of the fastest growing client-based organizations in New York is seeking to add web producers to both their product and Entertainment teams. We love this group because their Creative Director and Art Directors have set the bar very high, are holding the highest standard of aesthetics, functionality and navigation and are about quality over ego.
Responsibilities
- Scope projects and design documentation to communicate user experience strategy towards business objectives and best practices for static and dynamic site sections
- Take ownership of content management and maintenance for entertainment focused sections of the website with an emphasis on creating an engaging user experience for discerning audiences every time
- Partner with Creative Director, design teams, writers, online marketing teams, and specialized business units, to clarify strategy requisites, clarify complex ideas, and keep expectations high but focused
- Create and update project schedules, keep track of deliverables and prioritize projects according to deadline importance
- Create and format web pages using both a Content Management System and HTML/CSS
- Use Omniture analytics to determine which content to feature and how to reshape content on the site
Requirements
- A passion for high-concept entertainment
- Excellent project-management and organizational skills with an emphasis in administering competing priorities for simultaneous projects
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies
- Proven track record implementing new processes in unfamiliar environments
