Onward Search currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Internet Marketing professional! Our client, a major multichannel retailer, is looking to bring in a Director Internet Marketing to continue to grow their business through Online Customer Acquisition.
Requirements
Required Competencies: Comprehensive understanding + experience with the following:
- Paid search
- Natural search/SEO
- Email schedule, segmentation, messaging
- Social marketing
- Video and rich media
- Advertising (banners, affiliate, etc.)
- Mobile marketing, applications
- E Commerce/direct to consumer
- CRM/customer loyalty and engagement
Business Perspective
- Understands all functions of the online marketing business
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition
- Expertise in Digital Advertising
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Solid Understanding of the Internet
- Understands Internet capabilities
- Good understanding of technologies deployed
- Can envision emerging uses of the Internet
Education and Experience
- 8+ years of business experience, preferably from a major Internet Retail Organization
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation ability
- Proven track record of success in online customer acquisition
