If you are a seasoned Account Director for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with at lease 2 years of management experience, please read on!
We are looking for a driven Account Director for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with experience growing and managing an annual PPC budget based on high performing paid search campaigns. This person will be a true SEM/SEO/PPC driven person with extensive experience in online media, search engine marketing, and/or search engine optimization.

What you need for this position:
- Ability to manage multi-million dollar paid search campaigns on major search engines - Google, Yahoo, Bing, plus smaller tier engines as needed.
- Implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance.
- Find simple, robust solutions to complex problems.
- At least 2 years of management experience
Requirements
- 5-7 years of tactical and strategic SEM experience, including proven track record managing a multi-million dollar PPC program.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and ideally Omniture web analytics.
- Ability to interpret data to drive profitable optimization/improvements of SEM program.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage a small team of SEM Analysts
