Job Description
This is a great opportunity with one of the most well known and established retail brands in the world with great culture, inaddition to their award winning work/life balance programs for their employees.
We are looking immediately for an Email Marketing Manager who can begin work on contract in the month of December and grow into a full time role within 3 months. This is a hands on leadership position.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Along with the email marketing team, manage email campaigns hands on from start to finish, including concept, creative brief, time-lines, production and reviews.
- Partner with merchandising, site marketing and other brand marketing teams to plan for campaigns that meet monthly and quarterly sales and traffic goals.
- Identify new customer segments and develop email segmentation strategies.
- Provide leadership for the US email marketing team and strategic input and recommendations for overall campaign improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4+ years email marketing experience.
- Proven success leading a team and strategy.
- Retail or consumer brand experience.
- BA or BS in Marketing or related field, MBA desirable.
- Experience with Omniture and Excel - from tracking to providing strategy and recommendations from analysis of data.
- Exceptional project management skills in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Experience driving campaigns through multiple cross-functional teams.
- Some CRM experience preferred (loyalty programs, segmentation).
