Job Description
Our client is looking for a Flash Developer with a good work ethic and a desire to solve challenging problems while working on projects with cutting edge technologies. They want an agile developer who can deliver exceptional results and bring their brand to a whole new level.
Responsibilities:
- Create complex designs that reflect the creative and art direction provided within the established technical framework.
- Participating in writing detailed level technical and functional specifications documentation.
- Work with Project Managers and other staff members to ensure strategic development efforts are completed on time, including adherence to development standards and methodologies.
- Candidates must be organized and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Ability to build interactive and dynamic flash-based applications.
- Knowledge of Flash and Actionscript 2.0 plus 3.0 as well as demonstrated abilities in such areas as Flash/JavaScript communication, Image/animation size optimization, and XML/JSON data import.
- Ability to take/provide creative direction and work independently and proactively.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
