Job Description
We are seeking a talented Flash Designer with a solid portfolio and a unique creative vision to bring to the table.
As a Flash developer, you are responsible for providing innovative and creative animated experiences as well as driving the implementation of high performing visual campaigns. Using your expertise in Flash Action Scripting and industry best-practices, you will produce Web page templates, HTML emails, splash pages, flash animation, online banners and other forms of online media
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Design or Web Design or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
- 3+ years developing Flash content.
- Experience using HTML, CSS, AJAX (preferred), Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and FinalCut Pro.
- Strong design sensibilities and technical expertise, coupled with an understanding of web usability and information architecture.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills and strong attention to detail required.
- Experience producing high caliber websites, email campaigns, and banners.
- Ability to translate marketing and merchandising strategies into accurate and visually compelling designs for the Fashion/Retail industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with a fast-paced team environment.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Programming complex interactive flash projects.
- Produces website pages, special projects, banners, and emails.
- Cuts and edits videos using Final Cut Pro and Flash.
- Collaborates in the development of project concepts and applies design approaches to a wide range of content.
- Executes designs quickly using Flash, including Action Scripting
- Performs additional tasks as required.
