Job Description
Detail-Oriented, focused and self-motivated Web Developer needed Immediately!
You use abstract thinking and envision how alphanumeric codes will achieve a desired aesthetic design.
You posses enthusiasm and creativity to provide original ideas.
You work well in fast-paced high priority environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute presentation layer code based on direction from Art Directors and Creative Director; execute changes, modifications and production tasks on new and existing projects.
- Develop prototypes and wire frames for rapid development of various web experiences.
- Work closely with both online and offline areas of the agency to ensure consistency of branding, voice, and messaging.
- Prioritize and manage project workflows to meet deadlines.
- Keep abreast of advances in technology with a focus on web emerging web standards.
- Execute all phases of the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret direction from creative personnel, and execute required code to fulfill their vision and meet their needs.
- Strong understanding of the process of concept development, and the ability to proactively offer technology solutions as needs arise.
- Proficiency in a broad range of web technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cooperation with executive management, creative supervisors, designers, etc.
Must Haves:
- Ability to work cross-platform (PC and Mac)
- HTML/CSS
- Javascript/JQuery Library
- Ajax
The following skills are a plus:
- Flash ActionScripting 2 & 3
- Interwoven or similar enterprise content management system
