Job Description
Our client, a top digital agency in Boston is looking to hire an Interaction Designer immediately. The ideal candidate will not only be strong as an Interaction Designer, but also possess a strong understanding of branding and conceptual/ideation skills.
You'll create in-depth and very detailed wireframes, user flows and prototypes at a fast pace and will be tasked with presenting and directing the development team to execute. Additionally you'll be involved in each step of the creative process and work alongside Creative Directors, Copywriters and Designers. You'll also be tasked with communicating and presenting to stakeholders.
Please have samples of wireframes, prototypes, user flows and anything else applicable and be able to walk through them.
Position is on-site. 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in human factors, user interaction design, and information architecture
- Must be highly proficient in developing detailed wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to collaborate with members throughout all creative departments
- Experience creating deliverables across multiple platforms including: websites, web applications, mobile and tablets are highly desirable
- Solid experience with standard design and documentation tools (Adobe Illustrator, Visio, Axure etc.)
- Strong knowledge of all user interface technologies
- Keen sense of customer experience and customer needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Agency experience within a similar dynamic
