Job Description
One of our many Fortune 500 companies is in need of a Senior level Interactive Art Director and is looking to add to their team this month!
The main task at hand is to Design and Art Direct the majority of the company web initiatives. Experience with art directing interactive promotions, websites, micro-sites, mutli-media and occasionally updating existing sites and other high level site enhancements are required as they will be just some of the projects you will be responsible for in this role. Art Directors who have experience working for retail luxury goods are preferred.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates must have at least 5 solid years of interactive art direction.
- Experience with clients in the fashion, luxury brand, high-end retail or beauty industries
- Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
- E-commerce design
- Functionality (advanced knowledge of how creative work can function within technical specs and across multiple platforms)
- Strategic and Creative Concept experience
- Project Management (Can foresee/prevent scheduling conflicts, multitask and know best practices for the web)
Additional Experience/Skills that are preferred:
- Site architecture
- Interactive animation - HTML, CSS, and/or Flash
- Art Direction on Photo shoots
