Job Description
Our client in Downtown Boston is looking for a motivated and progressive thinking Producer/Project Manager with experience managing interactive projects from conception to launch including website redesigns, banner advertisements, digital media, and search marketing initiatives. Use your excellent communication skills to collaborate with members of the design and development teams, account services, and outside vendors to drive project strategy and scope. Be responsible for daily activity of projects, adhering to budget, and ensuring creative is within brand standards, all while motivating your team to successfully complete project on schedule.
Description:
We are seeking an Interactive Producer to join our Boston team. As a producer, you will work directly with the Senior Producer on a specific piece of business and be responsible for multiple interactive projects, assuring the quality of the product, keeping the project on time, on budget, and on strategy - from conception, build to delivery, and assuring adherence to our development process. The producer is responsible for the daily management of projects from inception to completion - scheduling the project team, assigning tasks, adhering to budget and time-lines.
Requirements:
You must possess the following:
- Prior experience in digital production and website development
- Solid knowledge of the interactive medium, web technologies and online services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and standard software (MS Office, MS Project)
- Experience producing and maintaining project plans
- Four-year degree required
- Advertising agency experience is a plus
- Video production experience is a plus
Requirements
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing the development and production of interactive marketing and website projects via accurate project planning, change tracking, budget tracking, and regular production status reporting.
- Acting as liaison between creative, technical, account, and other internal groups.
- Creation of a weekly "hot list" that notifies all teams of assigned tasks and responsibilities as well as progress on projects.
- Keeping production projects on track and on time, overseeing internal and external resources.
- Looking for innovative and pioneering creative and production methods.
- Finding solutions to technical challenges and delivering them on time & on budget.
