Our consultants have created online marketing campaigns for premier advertising agencies, search marketing optimization for well known retail firms, and user interface designs fortune 100 financial organizations.

Onward Search is looking for a motivated and progressive thinking Producer/Project Manager with experience managing interactive projects from conception to launch including website redesigns, banner advertisements, digital media, and search marketing initiatives. Use your excellent communication skills to collaborate with members of the design and development teams, account services, and outside vendors to drive project strategy and scope. Be responsible for daily activity of projects, adhering to budget, and ensuring creative is within brand standards, all while motivating your team to successfully complete project on schedule.

Qualified Candidates will have the following credentials:

• 5+ years experience of project management in a digital/interactive environment.
• A strong understanding of the design process from initial Information Architecture stages to market implementation.
• Proven experience creating and managing design schedules and overseeing budgets
• Superior negotiating skills and relationship building ability with internal resources, outside vendors, and suppliers.
• Excellent written, research, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and light Actionscript is a plus.
