Job Description

The Manager in the Customer Insight Group (CIG) will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Client Service Team, and will increasingly be expected to deliver data-driven strategic marketing insights to the client. The Manager will be assigned to support clients, and will partner with another CIG Team Member to serve the clients. The Manager will develop expertise in SQL, SAS, and/or SPSS to manipulate and analyze attitudinal and behavioral data in order to help achieve the clients' marketing objectives. This person will also be expected to think beyond the data, bridging the gap to the strategic implications. The Manager will be expected to generate new ideas for the clients, and to partner closely with the Client Service Team to sell and deliver those ideas. |
