Job Description
You live and breathe digital marketing, have experience improving sites from a consumer perspective, and ensure growing conversion and performance against key metrics. Our client wants you to join their team and bring their brand to new heights as Manager of Online Experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a strategic plan for ongoing site development and continuous testing
• Create and manage a strategic plan for new site designs that better integrate new features and services for both consumers and coaches
• Work with the SEM group to develop key words and optimal landing page experiences, driving new customers
• Research and propose new online site opportunities for all internal partner groups and develop methodology of how to implement and track successes
• Investigate and implement new technologies, services and automation capabilities and/or vendor solutions that enhance social media and overall site efforts
• Provide methodology, metrics and ROI for all test enhancements
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
• 4+ years previous online marketing experience, with specific experience in site design and marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and how they are evolving
• Team player with an ability to lead a cross functional team to consensus
• Background in experiential marketing (direct touch) highly desirable
