Job Description
Do you have the passion and experience to dig into data to set strategies for the acquisition and retention of customers? Responsibilities:
- Produce marketing reporting to improve segmentation, pull through, targeting and tracking of all the campaigns in the area of responsibility.
- Utilize statistical analysis and modeling to improve campaign targeting.
- Identify sources of variance in results from marketing plan and make recommendations to management in redirecting resources to achieve objectives.
- Determine most valuable customer segments and recommend strategies for the acquisition and retention of these customers.
Requirements
KEY SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of SQL-related work experience.
- Previous statistical analysis / modeling experience required.
- Intermediate SQL abilities.
- Advanced database skills.
- Computer skills – strongly desired: MS-Access, SPSS, Visual Basic, Relational DBMS concepts, Passport, SSIS.
