Position Title:         Account Executive, SEM Location:                 New York

                                

POSITION REPORTS TO:  Director, Search

 

POSITIONS SUPERVISED: None

POSITION PURPOSE:  This position will be responsible for generating a portfolio of clients and revenue through the sale of our services primarily PPC and secondarily SEO, VIDEO SEO, SRM (Search Reputation Management), Landing Page Optimization, Site Monetization and SMO (Social Media Optimization)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

•          Continually educate yourself on the latest search trends and techniques

•          Build credibility with prospects and clients as an knowledgeable search client manager

•          Locate high-quality prospects through individual research and targeted cold-calling

•          Successfully manage a sales cycle from prospect to client and then maintain that client

•          Generate PowerPoint proposals for prospects

•          Successfully manage client’s expectations

•          Work directly with the search account management team remotely

•          Execute day-to-day call cycle management and client management

•          Track results and communicate to your manager on a weekly basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

•          4+ years of executive sales and client management experience

•          Internet industry sales experience a plus

•          Search marketing sales experience a HUGE plus
