Calling all production artists!  PRINT is not dead!....  I have multiple opportunities that are ongoing and want you to get the first shot at them.

Responsible primarily for all aspects of creative production – such as lookup table creation, text editing, image cropping and resizing, testing using the creative test tool and the resizing of approved designs into the various ad sizes as needed including animation/coding. The PA collaborates closely with an internal cross functional team to meet client campaign objectives and complete deliverables to standard.

Essential Job Functions/Activities

• Production Execution - Deliver consistently great execution of production work. Understand and adhere to client brand guidelines, successfully interact with designers, client integration engineers, clients and other design firms/agencies to deliver all assets  (resized design/images/Flash, Lookup tables, hosted or scraped images, pitches, etc) to spec, troubleshoot issues.
• Proactive Prioritization & Strong Coordination with Studio Resources - Ability to prioritize work, take a proactive approach towards designers/Flash in gaining/understanding the work and handling multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines to standard. Ability to work well with dependant resources: Flash, designers, client integration engineers, Account Managers, etc.
• Production Efficiency & Automation – Analyze work process and apply improvements to the process to gain efficiency, cut production time and improve quality of deliverables.
• Technical Proficiency & Industry knowledge – Demonstrate proficiency in production tools (CS3/4, Flash, Photoshop, Excel, PPT) Exhibit understanding of production processes and latest trends in production processes/online specific.
