Job Description
Our client is a fast paced and dynamic digital marketing firm looking to fill a Senior Product Manager position with a focus on Call Center management tools.
You will be responsible for the launch of new, high quality products, features and programs in support of our marketing and business strategies for the Call Center team.
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for product innovation and a talent for devising and executing product solutions.
The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with Media, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Contact Centers and Clients to define and deliver successful online marketing programs for our diverse Fortune 500 clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product, program or project management experience in information technology.
- Experience with products associated with Call Center management, CRM and/ Lead Response Management strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with marketing teams and business stakeholders with the ability to facilitate cross functional meetings and discussions effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying customer and business requirements, communicating those into a product/feature vision, and rallying the execution team around that vision.
- Experience with desktop and mobile web technology as well as online marketing strongly preferred.
- Vendor management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management, Marketing or Computer Science.
- Familiarity with common web and Internet concepts, tools and technologies.
