Onward is working with a market research firm that is turning the focus group world upside down and leading the way to new ideas (Well they aren't leading the way upside down, just in a new direction...you know what I mean).

Anyways, this client works closely with agencies and product design firms around the nation to provide insight on their marketing by testing biometric responses of their test subjects to a marketing campaign or advertisement.  By measuring an emotion, behavior, or particular feeling from a target, this organization is able to provide solutions, design ideas, or analysis that will better the eventual campaign.  By cutting through this information, factors are discovered that will influence the creative cycle.

Interested in this role, here is how you fit:

• You don't need to be super senior, just as long as you have at least 2 years of experience using Ruby and Ruby on Rails creating web material.
• An expert knowledge of hand-coding and finding solutions through web testing.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP with an understanding of MySQL. 
• Test Driven Development techniques.
• Previous database creation skills are a plus as well.
