Responsibilities:

• 
  Collaborate with other team members to plan and implement new SEM/ PPC campaigns
• 
  Ongoing optimization of client campaigns
• 
  Analyze and report SEM activity to product stakeholders and management team
• 
  Conceptualize and initiate tests (keyword bids, ad copy, etc.) in order to continually improve key metrics across campaigns and various search engines
• 
  Manage PPC campaigns to ensure ROI, margin and retention requirements while staying within budget
• 
  Leverage 3rd party vendors to develop tools and strategies for paid search campaigns that meet or exceed business goals.

  Drive recommendations of how to improve search spend effectiveness for multiple campaigns
• 
  Manage and mentor an SEM Analyst
