Job Description
A luxury, beauty client is looking for a Senior Art Director to work on multiple categories from Cosmetics to Fragrance and Skincare.
The ideal candidate will be extremely conceptual and have extensive experience leading photoshoots, working with post-ptroduction retouching and managing multiple projects at one time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of designers and copywriters to articulate the brand and business vision
- Executive product campaigns from conception to launch (including advertising, brochures, and in-store signage)
- Partner with Creative Director to develop and execute creative strategies
- Stay in tune with emerging trends and competitive analysis
- Lead photo shoots, hire models/agencies, manage budgets, etc.
Requirements
- Strong initiative, assertive
- Hands-on graphic designer
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- 7+ years working in a creative agency or in-house creative department
- Experience working with Beauty or Luxury products
- Experience directing photo shoots (casting models, hiring photographers, and production talent)
