Job Description
This is a phenomenal opportunity to work with a large organization on a variety of consumer facing projects in 2012, including web, mobile and intranet implementation for over 3 million users!
This role is perfect for a senior level content strategist who has been responsible for content as part of a user experience design team, working on a large scale content management system to create exceptional and user friendly customer experiences through content architecture, labeling, voice and brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with design, marketing and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into content architectures for web properties, product features and mobile initiatives that communicate effectively to customers
- Evangelize brand standards
- Write, edit, and proof content
- Suggest strategic improvements for content, site architecture and navigation, working closely with user experience and supporting business requirements and brand
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to support implementation and QA efforts
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have:

5+ year professional work experience -
Bachelors Degree in related field - Expertise in information architecture and content strategy, in addition to excellent writing and branding skills

Experience structuring content for a large scale CMS is a must -
Successful experiences in large corporations advocating for the customer, brand and user experience. -
Strong understanding and passion for user centered design. -
Successful experiences partnering cross functionally with interaction designers, visual designers and product teams. -
Working knowledge of user experience design documentation and design programs. -
Experience working in an Agile (or Agile-like) environment is a huge plus.
