Job Description
The Nation's Leading Shopper Marketing Agency is expanding their CT team!
They have an IMMEDIATE need for a Senior Graphic Designer to take charge of the creative design process for a wide range of shopper marketing materials. If you can produce visually compelling designs that communicate a client's marketing objectives, are a strong team player and motivator, this may be the job for you!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Design/produce artwork that effectively communicates client's brand/program message.
- Understand client's business and goals in order to grapically present concepts that align to brand and strategy.
- Manage all mechanical art details (file set to specs, formats, color seps, etc.).
- Act as group lead coaching junior designers, delegating and supervising workload and handling escalated client concerns.
Requirements
- BA in grahic design or related field.
- 5-7 years experience working in an advertising/marketing agency, design firm or consumer packaged companies.
- Client presentation experience.
- Prior experience managing a team of designers preferred.
- Packaging and other three dimensional design experience preferred.
Skill Requirements:
- Profficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Mac or PC based (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
