Job Description
A local, independently owned adveritsing agency needs a Senior Interactive Art Director who is a strategic thinker and maven of style and graphic sensibility.
The successful candidate will offer approaches to client needs that go beyond a high design and operative skill with web banners and landing pages, and are informed by an extra current understanding of newer applications and innovative connections. Discovering creative uses for emerging technologies is a big part of the candidate's enthusiasm for their chosen career path. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in an advertising agency, client side marketing/advertising department or a related field
- Expert knowledge of Flash banner animation
- AS2-AS3 programming experience
- XHTML/CSS, PHP, javascript/frameworks
- Coding knowledge a must
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be ready to step into a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment
- Strong online portfolio required
ALWAYS A PLUS:
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Familiar with mobile marketing
- An understanding of content management platforms and database-driven sites
- An interest in emerging technologies
