Job Description
Atlanta based company seeking Senior User Interface Developer
The ideal candidate is a talented developer who understands UI/Usability principles and has a passion for developing innovative user interfaces and experience in developing UI for applications.

- HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript & DOM
- JavaScript. jQuery,JSON & XML data
- Exceptional knowledge of .NET service layer
- Design, architect and implement framework extensions and improvements
- Proven ability to lead small to medium sized development teams
- Experience with mobile platforms and mobile websites is highly desirable
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a senior role at a major agency, retail or consulting company
- 2+ years working with JSON & XML data and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
(preferred), YUI, Ext JS, MooTools - Ability to take Photoshop mockups and create high performance web pages that meet the design and technical specifications
- Familiar with optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual rendering speed), cross-browser/platform issues, and tradeoffs between speed, design, flexibility, and the underlying page (i.e. JSP/PHP/CMS) architecture
- Ability to work well with advanced JavaScript techniques including asynchronous code execution, closure, complex scope resolution and execution context, function handlers, and memory management
- Understanding of design patterns, code re-use techniques, prototypal inheritance and unit testing
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across browsers (e.g. JavaScript,
jQuery, CSS and HTML)
