Job Description
Our client is an international company in the hospitality/tourism/travel industry and they need a Senior level Web Analyst.
While this role will obviously carry technical responsibilities, it will require an individual who also has a strong sense of customer-service and the overall business strategy.
As a Web Analyst, you will be the key in providing valuable insight into the behavior of online customers. Daily responsibilities will consist of reporting activity trends, utilizing multiple online analysis tools, monitoring user experience, internal booking, marketing channel performance, link/tag monitoring and basic web analytics.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will be highly experienced in the following (as they will be their responsibilities for this role as well)
- Experience in coding Java and writing regular expressions to be used in coding User Experience Monitoring product
- Knowledge of Quest/Foglight and or Tealeaf
- High involvement in technical and hardware solutions
- Managing vendor relationships (with some assistance from management)
- Leading implementation of link monitoring software
- Managing all requested site changes
- Implementation of site tagging structure
- Ensuring overall data integrity and consistency that the product is running and providing value
- Stellar organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Comprehension of technical impacts in business decisions and vice versa
