Job Description
Our client, based in Los Gatos, is looking for a strong Technical Writer to author and refine documentation for their partner portal; a suite of web tools that their partners use to test the ready devices. The Partner Product Development team has built a highly successful partner ecosystem that has delivered millions of Netflix Ready Devices like TVs, Blu-ray players, game consoles, and mobile devices.
The contract term is a minimum 6 month assignment and can start ASAP.
- In this role, web tools will be primarily used for documentation.
- Write instructions for using our partner portal site and other product lifecycle tools
- Write test tool usage instructions
- Refine test procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years documenting web-based tools used by technical audiences that include developers and QA
- Web authoring skills including HTML,CSS, XML
