Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Consistently drive traffic systems and project management processes, keeping the deadlines in tact and increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the creative, development and account service departments to ensure stellar efficiency with interdepartmental workflow.
- Manage day-to-day operations of interactive and web-related projects
- Follow-up with designated creatives and directors to ensure jobs are on target for established hours and deadlines.
- Develop sound and effective solutions to issues and problems that impact project deadlines.
- Maintains communication with appropriate vendors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of trafficking experience within an agency environment.
- Prior experience with the scheduling and coordinating flow of interactive and web projects.
- Great communication skills, both written and oral, plus excellent attention to detail.
- Impeccable organizational skills.
- Able to talk with several suppliers and adhere to strict deadlines, while managing multiple priorities.
- Able to identify problems, analyze options and take action as needed to ensure workflow is uninterrupted.
- Assertive nature, results driven and strong problem solving abilities are a must.
