Job Description
Our client, a major player in their industry, is partnering with Onward Search to source an experienced Usability Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity. The Usability Specialist will need solid experience crafting, conducting, and delivering usability studies and research for websites, emails, and related web properties.
Successful candidates will be able to lead all aspects of usability testing ranging from recruitment and planning to delivering findings.
Requirements
- Writing testing protocols
- Set up testing environment
- Communicate testing results to stakeholders
- Provide interface design recommendations
- Implement findings from usability testing
- Engage collaboratively with UX group
- Validate the usability of new and existing products and make design recommendations based on evidenced-based findings
