Job Description
TWO POSITIONS! UI Designer, Senior and Mid level at top entertainment product client.
We are assisting a leading consumer content delivery group in the entertainment arena to expand their product team with both a seasoned and a mid level UI designer.
Our Client will fall in love with UI Designers with experience in high traffic consumer sites, and agency environments that want to join an independent organization within the company with a sole objective: product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design product throughout the lifecycle of the project at all levels of fidelity: Sketch, prototype, comps and final documentation
- Participate in the extension of the client's brand through design of all solutions for the interaction of users and product
- Execute high level layout and design with a strong combination of rationale and artistry
Requirements
- A clear understanding of excellence and the ability to pursue new ground and evangelize best practices
- A proven record of maintaining design specs and documentation during all phases of the projects
- A priority-driven mindset with the belief that the best work is done through collaboration
- The ability to balance strong design and aesthetics with an agenda of pursuit of user-centered values
- A background with emphasis on rapid prototyping and sketching, but a skill set capable of all levels of fidelity
- Strong Communication Skills
Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong working knowledge of current web development technologies and platforms
- A PLUS: Familiarity with Axure or other rapid prototyping techniques/software
- A PLUS: Experience/Awareness of new developments in HTML5
