Job Description
Excellent, VP level opportunity with a Global financial services client. The ideal candidate is a thought leader responsible for driving revenue enhancement and strategic growth opportunities via analytic research and analysis. Responsible for using new analytical methodologies to drive strategic vision and marshal change. Should be well versed in CRM strategies, data driven marketing strategies, and relationship value proposition.
Requirements
- BS/BA in math or statistics; MBA preferred
- 7-10 years proven track record in similar intelligence functions, providing support for segmentation, database analysis, predictive modeling, econometric modeling, etc
- Strong quantitative skills - ability to spot patterns, trends and opportunities in data
- Ability to leverage statistical learning to inform business strategy
- Ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to executive management
- Understanding of web data and analysis a plus but not required
- Proven track record of being a change agent and increasing the importance and reliance on analytics in setting strategy
- Team player is a must, with strong interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
- Financial Services experience at Asset Manager a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lead and influence colleagues, groups and departments
- Can-do, proactive leadership style
- Highly-organized, strong attention to detail
- Results-driven
- Excellent written and oral communications skills;
- Functional experience with software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
