Job Description
Onward Search is looking for a Visual Designer with experience designing for tablet and mobile experiences, ideally for the iPad.
This is a great opportunity to work with a Fortune 150 consulting agency helping their client redesign multiple applications and sites to function seamlessly on the iPad.
This is a 3 month contract opportunity conveniently located in downtown San Francisco! If all goes well there is an abundance of work with this agency and a strong possibility of extension on your contract.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely onsite with stakeholders to gain approval on designs and talk through brand requirements.
- Sketch out basic wireframes and user flows by hand, in Balsamiq or another design program like Illustrator.
- Concept visual designs in Photoshop and skin interface through to final product.
Requirements
- Mobile design experience - design experience for the iPad a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop.
- Experience sketching page flows, layouts and wireframes to influence overall application design.
- Heavy visual design experience.
- Portfolio showing user friendly mobile application designs with elegant, branded interfaces.
