You're a "hybrid". You Code. You Design. You want to use BOTH sides of your brain. THIS is the gig for you - AND for your BFF who does the same stuff!
Join this team and focus your efforts on building a better e-commerce site with a goal towards site optimization. Oh, you'll be designing and coding for html email as well!

Requirements
The talent who lands this gig will possess the following skills:
- Web Design "eye" and capabilities including: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illistrator and InDesign
- Web Development skills including the following: Javascript, Flash, XHTML, CSS and even some Flex
