Job Description
Looking for a web developer who doesn't mind having fun and making cool stuff! Our client builds award-winning websites, social apps, mobile apps and AIR widgets for clients primarily in the entertainment industry.
Skills Required:
- Proven work experience (5+ years experience minimum).
- Strong HTML skills a must. FBML a huge plus.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field required.
- Demonstrated high-level proficiency in PHP5. High-level knowledge of CodeIgniter, Zend Framework also preferred.
- Solid object-oriented design, programming and debugging skills.
- A strong understanding of MySQL and database design.
- A strong understanding of current API’s (Facebook, Twitter).
- A good understanding of J2EE/J2ME and DOM elements, CSS, and AJAX.
- Passionate about code testing, process and documentation (SVN, Subversion, CVS).
- Passionate about Emerging Technologies (geo-location, Augmented Reality, iPhone, Android…)
- Understands what good documentation is, and it's place in the development cycle.
- Understand localization issues
You will be a skilled, proven developer who fully understands accessibility, cross browser and platform compatibility. We are looking for a coder who has already worked in the industry for many years and is looking to develop their skills. We’re looking for someone bright and energetic with the capacity for growth.
