Responsibilities:


  • Perform analyses, provide weekly and monthly business reports

  • Manage and optimize testing and targeting efforts

  • Recommend enhancements for the website experience, and create insights that drive the business forward.

  • Uncover insights into business performance and monitor data validity

  • Conduct A/B testing and oversee site performance for major product and site launch initiatives

  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve the online store

Requirements


  • Must have 4+ years of experience in web analytics and direct marketing analytics.

  • Ecommerce and testing experience is required.

  • Knowledge of integrated marketing and customer relationship disciplines a significant plus.

  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.

  • Experience with customer segmentation, statistical modeling techniques and lifetime value.

  • Test design and financial modeling experience required.

  • Experience with Omniture Marketing Suite (Site Catalyst, Discover, Test&Target) is strongly desired

  • Must have basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus.
