Job Description

You'll work with the Creative Director and design team to take their concepts and translate them into the ideal demonstrations of form and function.

Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts on re-design of company website
- Will be the go-to-guy in transitioning into an e-commerce CMS platform
- Plan, document, and test all web-based and data driven applications.
- Lead web development efforts, including mentoring and advising peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems.
Requirements
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized with excellent visual and verbal communications skills.
- Experience building a dynamic, database-driven web store from the ground up.
- Ability to determine scope and requirements for all development and application based projects and apply sharp problem-solving skills to each project phase.
- Well-versed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, ASP, XML, ActionScript, AJAX, LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) administration, and web services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or equivalent work experience is required; advanced certifications a plus.
