Today, we’re looking for someone to help us do that for a wide variety of digital product and marketing experiences. As an interaction designer, you’ll create and test concepts to deliver experiences that help people get the most out of our best in class products. Working closely in a cross-functional team alongside a Visual Designer and Content Designer, the Interaction Design Lead will manage the creative component of the concept test team, led by a Digital, Product Manager.

As part of your role, you will uncover user needs through testing and research, develop actionable insights based on those findings and define and document how users will interact most effectively with these new experiences. We seek deep UI experience, ideally in mobile, digital and retail settings. You’re a strong conceptual thinker but are also a hands-on contributor and can drive a project from start to finish. You’re an inspirational, collaborative, project leader and also capable of being the champion of the Interaction Design function at, pushing others in the discipline to new levels of performance.


  • Develop intuitive experiences that deliver on the business goals and objectives and connect with users to understand their behavior when interacting with those experiences.
  • Design and manage the research and customer insight development to deeply understand our customer’s wants and needs.
  • Help define the most effective user experiences to meet those needs, as well as our specific business objectives.
  • Lead the execution of user testing to validate and refine the experience concepts.
  • Define and design interactive prototype experiences and Minimum Viable Concepts.



  • At least five years of UX/Interaction, 3 of them as functional lead or manager. Deep expertise with user flows, wire-frames, experience maps, customer journeys, and use cases. 
  • Extensive experience with conceptualizing and directing multiple team initiatives from start to finish, in alignment with a clear design and business objectives.
  • Proficient in designing, conducting and synthesizing user research across various methodologies (ethnography, resonance testing, surveys, intercepts, etc.). 
  • Extensive Agile (e.g., Scrum, sAFe) and/or Lean experience. Deep knowledge of driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers along with cross-functional teams including business owners, engineering, product management and user research.
  • Extensive experience in designing reusable methodologies and frameworks for constructing design sprints, user validation, and related fieldwork.
  • Experience designing workshops and related collaborating working sessions.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts and other information in a clear, concise, compelling way.
  • Able to convey concepts through wireframes, flows, and mockups.
  • Experience in creating quick and dirty prototypes for web and/or mobile app experiences.
  • Proficient in generating graphic representations, on-screen graphic design and illustration, and data visualization.
  • Experience with distilling complex processes into simple and clear user interactions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise scale products.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to putting the user first.
