Onward Search is looking for a mid-level UX design to work on a diverse set of products and solutions for an organization that produces fantastic content. This person will be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with the Product, Marketing and Development teams.


  • Assist in the design of user flows, layouts, and interactions for key landing pages and features.
  • Create and iterate on prototypes for presentation and testing.
  • Actively participate in user tests.
  • Assist in the development of research plans and approaches to user testing.
  • Recruit and lead participants through usability testing.
  • Become a member of our scrum team. Participate in daily/weekly agile ceremonies, including presentations to crucial HBR stakeholders.
  • Provide specs and feedback to tech team throughout the development process.


  • 3+ years of professional experience in UX design.  
  • Portfolio documenting professional experience in user-oriented interaction design.
  • Good understanding of UX principles and research.
  • Ability to realize and iterate upon wireframes and prototypes from established design direction.
  • Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and other prototyping tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript; strong understanding of CSS
  • Familiarity with the agile process.
  • Consistent attention to detail, ability to handle many tasks concurrently, the ability to work quickly under deadline.
